Shri Rama Shankar Jaiswal Ji (10 July 1931 - 2 September 2003) was born into an ordinary businessclass family, and possessed a strong, assertive belief in Indian values, traditions, sacraments, and culture. He held a special place in his heart for the deprived and the downtrodden and he accepted and extended his charitable services to them. He worked for the upliftment of women in society and was an ardent believer in the fact that an educated woman serves as a strong pillar to the home and society at large. His immeasurable contribution in the field of the religious and social reform movement has been a source of motivation for generations to come. Never did he get his name embedded on stones and marbles, as he believed that everything fades and perishes with the passage of time; what is left and remembered is your great work and contribution towards society.
